Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Quality and Testing Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our digital products. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing quality assurance activities across software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.

• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

• Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Prepare QA reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders.

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Experience with testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

• Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Exposure to security testing principles is a plus.
