Job Summary:

As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Design Executive in optimising our online presence and the brand image of Technicalways in support of the firm wide strategy.

You will work in conjunction with the other members of the marketing team to support overall firm initiatives, for example, the design of graphic collateral to support our social media accounts, events, website and other materials as required by the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Website/Socials/Online
  Daily support of the Technicalways website in terms of creative images as required and identifying material to enhance the website and our social media accounts. A close working relationship with the team is critical to ensure content is relevant and in keeping with Technicalways brand guidelines and priorities.
• Collateral Design
  Assist the Senior Design Executive in producing marketing material for internal and external use e.g. invites, adverts, information booklets, brochures and presentations as well as photography/ videos through the use of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Events
  Support the Events executive to ensure all collateral required for any event is designed to time and specification.
• Email Campaign
  Design of digital bulletins and use of email software to distribute them to GDPR approved lists. Produce reports on bounce backs; reads etc.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

• Good standard of general education, specifically, English Language and Maths.
• High standard of knowledge of computer packages; Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite, mainly InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is preferable and/or willingness to learn these tools quickly.
• Knowledge of photography and video equipment is desirable.
• Professional and credible, with the ability to act with tact and discretion and to maintain confidentiality are essential.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills. The team has a very high output of design collateral so precision, adaptability and time management are essential.
• Analytical thinking.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Creative approach to problem solving, overcoming challenges, despite hurdles and resolve challenges consistent with Technicalways’s values and ways of working.
• The role holder will need to be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of the team.
