What you'll do
- Plan and run software, website, cloud migration and IT rollout projects
- Define scope, milestones and budgets with clients and keep them agreed in writing
- Run stand-ups, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives with the delivery team
- Track progress, risks and dependencies, and report status clearly to clients
- Manage change requests and keep documentation and handovers complete
What you'll bring
- 3+ years managing technical or IT projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and a traditional delivery approach
- Confident with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project tooling
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
- Right to work in the UK
Nice to have
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM or Scrum Master certification
- Background in software development or IT infrastructure
- Experience in an agency or managed service provider
