We are looking for a motivated and organised IT Project Manager to join TECHNICALWAYS LIMITED. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering internal and client IT projects including web development, mobile applications, product design, software solutions, QA/testing processes, data-driven projects and cybersecurity-related work. The role involves working closely with senior management, development teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and senior management to understand project goals, technical requirements and expected outcomes for each IT solution.
• Plan and document project phases, allocate resources, set timelines and adjust plans as required to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA/testers and technical specialists to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage third-party vendors or external contributors where required for project components such as hosting, integrations or specialist development tasks.
• Track project progress through standard monitoring tools, ensuring timescales, budgets and quality benchmarks are met.
• Oversee implementation, deployment and delivery of software products, ensuring troubleshooting and issue resolution during development and launch.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, progress reports and review checkpoints to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Prepare project documentation, update internal systems and report weekly status summaries to company directors/senior team.

Role Purpose

This position supports the company’s delivery of web, mobile app, UI/UX, product design, QA testing, IT consultancy and cyber-tech solutions. The Project Manager ensures operational control, timely execution and client-focused coordination across projects.

Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Business (or similar degree) providing strong knowledge in project planning, management, research, strategy and communication.
• Good understanding of projects and business workflow management.
• Ability to coordinate teams, manage client requirements and interpret technical information into actionable delivery plans.
• Good communication skills for client handling, documentation and reporting.
• Interest in IT/software development environment (training and internal onboarding to be provided as needed).
